Location: East Syracuse, NY 
Salary Range: $55,000 – $75,000 annually depending on experience

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to drive revenue growth and manage client relationships in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role involves strategic sales planning, customer relationship management, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational objectives.
• Conduct market analysis and refine strategies to adapt to market trends.
• Set performance goals and manage sales forecasting efforts.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create and deliver impactful presentations to key customers.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Experience:

• 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in B2B or service markets

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in sales, marketing strategies, and relationship management.
• Proficiency in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Certifications:

• None required, though related certifications are a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
