President and CEO
Allison serves as the President & CEO of ISSI. She entered recruiting at ISSI in 1997 and acquired the business in 2005. Prior to ISSI, Allison had a successful technology career implementing financial systems and developing software applications. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Nazareth College.
