As the Director of Recruiting at ISSI Tech Pros, John leads a team of skilled recruiters while managing client relationships and driving new business development. With a background in technology sales and over a decade of recruiting experience, John specializes in placing top-tier IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and Applications professionals.
Known for exceptional attention to detail, strong work ethic, and organizational skills, John excels at understanding client needs and matching them with candidates who possess the right skills, motivation, and career goals. Passionate about delivering top talent, John is committed to reducing time-to-hire, increasing efficiency, and facilitating meaningful career moves. Acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, John plays a pivotal role in connecting top talent with leading organizations.
John is a member of the Jamesville-DeWitt Little League Board and Jamesville-DeWitt Youth Athletic Association Board. He also coaches youth football, basketball and baseball.
Outside of the office, John enjoys spending time with family and friends. Sports are a passion; both as a spectator and participant. He is also an avid Syracuse Orange fan!
