Salary Range: $70,000 – $95,000 annually depending on experience


About the Role:

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to join our collaborative and family-oriented team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, draft, and develop mechanical components using tools such as AutoCAD or equivalent software.
  • Utilize 3D printing for prototyping and production processes.
  • Develop and implement fixturing solutions to support manufacturing needs.
  • Design and oversee the packaging (casing) of industrial components for durability and functionality.
  • Collaborate on electrical design and electronics assembly using tools like Altium Designer.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO manufacturing standards and contribute to procedure documentation.
  • Apply lean manufacturing methodologies to enhance processes and efficiencies.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, maintaining organized project execution.
  • Communicate professionally with leadership, cross-functional teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining a flexible, solution-driven approach.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in 3D design, drafting standards, and 3D printing.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and lean manufacturing methodologies.
  • Experience in electronics assembly, packaging design, and electrical design.

Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications in mechanical design or lean manufacturing are a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
